About me:
I’ve always been one to do things, my own way. Not always a popular choice, but it was still…my choice.
And, I strongly feel that these fearless decisions have guided me to Paris, France. I believe that every person has a fundamental human right to happiness and I am dedicated to helping you accomplish this goal in your personal and professional life. Just for a moment, let me show you how to stop…and enjoy the fresh air.
Technique & Modalities:
In therapy, I incorporate a customized blend of eclectic interventions to match the needs of each patient to optimize results. No two people are the same and sometimes. So, no two therapy sessions will look the same.
Education & Background:
I have a doctorate in clinical and forensic psychology and a masters degree in marriage and family therapy. I specialize in anxiety and depression management, self-esteem and confidence building, life coaching, relationship issues, major life transitions, expat life, student support, personal and professional coaching, and trauma in all ages. I have several years of experience working with specialized groups as well such as police officers. I provide trainings and workshops to organizations on various topics in wellness and mental health.
I have worked in the field of mental health for over 10 years and I have held positions in various hospitals, clinics, government organizations (United States) and private practice. Currently, I am authorized to practice as a psychologist in France, United Kingdom and California. At this time, I am only able to accept English speaking patients. However, I will update when I am able to accept French speaking, as well.
